Pursuit is executing on an aggressive growth strategy and seeks to bolster the talent and capability of its Finance team in Banff, Alberta, Canada by hiring a bright, seasoned and ambitious Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will lead all aspects of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) for the Banff Jasper Collection and as such, will be uniquely-positioned to become a key player in the execution of the company’s growth.
The Finance Manager will oversee assembly of the geography’s annual operating plan, capital investment plan and monthly financial forecasts, working closely with the broader Finance and Accounting team based in Denver, Colorado and divisional leadership and operational teams in Banff and Jasper. He or she will participate in the monthly financial cycle, providing timely and accurate insights related to month-end close and post-close variance analysis. In addition to these cyclical duties, the Finance Manager will oversee and deliver on multiple concurrent ad hoc analyses as needed by the business and will take a leadership role in the creation and presentation of investment proposals for refresh, build and buy opportunities centered on driving company growth and/or operational improvement.
